Nice small property with alot of porch great access to the lagoon and beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Location and Great Little House

Overall we were very pleased. Our main complaint was with lighting. We never did find a way to turn on light over kitchen table so we were unable to play the board games and cards we brought at it after dark. Some table lamps didn't turn on.Many outlets seemed to have no power to them so we had to try several before finding ones that would charge our phone. The construction was unexpected but we were okay with that. The construction manager saw us outside and apologized for the fact that we had to have that going on . He was very nice. Mostly we had a great time!

It is in a great location with private access to the lagoon. We have small children and it was a very windy week with strong rip tides so the lagoon was a better choice for swimming.
