Beach Retreat was very clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well-kept. A two minute walk took us to the beach. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 9 of us showering after the beach. The beds were spacious and comfortable. We were short one set of sheets and the property manager solved that within the hour. We highly recommend Beach Retreat and plan to stay again.

This home is gorgeous! It has everything that you need and very spacious! Deb was a wonderful host, quick responses and even allowed us to check in a tad early! Just a short walk to the beach/pools. We will most definitely stay at Beach Retreat again! Thank you for everything Deb!

Beach Retreat was a wonderful place to stay. The property was very clean and well-stocked, including a very large crockpot in the kitchen and a blow dryer in the master bath. We only had one set of sheets for the pull out couches, and the property manager Alison responded quickly and solved the problem within the hour. We always had hot water, even with all 9 of us showering after the beach. There were a few beach toys to use, but no beach chairs. The property is about 200 yards from the beach and was an easy walk. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept. Our only problems: The microwave threw the breaker on our last night and wouldn’t work after that. A previous tenant dumped charcoal in the yard. We plan to return!

Clean house 2 minute walk to beach and nice to be close to pools.

Location was amazing in Fort Morgan. Had beach view from front porch and bay view from back porch. House was just as listed. Neighborhood was safe for kids to ride bikes around. 2 pools, tennis courts, and a pool house with ping pong and pool table. Looking forward to going back!!

The area where the house was located was nice and quiet, kid friendly and not far of a drive from all the restaurants and family fun parks. We will definitely be staying here again.
