Property was as described and perfect for family of 12 including dogs. Accommodation was perfectly clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, plenty of hot water when needed. Walk to beach was around 150 steps. Big and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. Big comfortable decks on front and back. Pool was sufficiently heated and plenty big. Elevator was very nice and needed for loading and unloading. Would like to have had more towels, TP, dishwasher soap. Rental company very responsive when needed.

The house was great. The location was great. Greg & Gail were great. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable property! Heated pool, easy walk to the beach, very little traffic. The ladies just went on and on of how it was decorated, extremely friendly and fast correspondence! Absolutely perfect for 3 adults and 6 kids ranging from 17 to 8. Best vacation we have been on in a very long time!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay! We loved the privacy of the location. Thank you for being a fabulous host.
