Condo is in a large development with ongoing construction a few minutes south of St George. The best parts for us were the condo amenities (rooftop deck, electric scooters, paddle boards), condo faces the parking lot for easy load/unload, and the heated pool and relaxing lagoon.

We had such a great time at coconut cove #102! We took our adult children for a family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone! The place is very comfortable and quiet. We had so much fun on the scooters and paddle boards were fun too! We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was great! We loved the pool and the close access to the interstate so we could get to the national parks. Everyone in our group of six had their own beds and could sleep many more. The stand up paddle boards were awesome and we cruised the neighborhood on the scooters nightly. It’s a very family friendly area, we talked with many other families at the pool. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
