This condo was a great choice. We loved the location, as it was easy to access all parts of St. George from. The condo was clean and spacious, having two bathrooms was nice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying at Canthony's Cottage! Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and kids loved the pool! Great location to see all that St. George has to offer.

The location of this particular condo was perfect for our family. We could see if people ckleball courts were available by peeking out our window. The heated pool is large and we never felt crowded. The kitchen had so many little extras: spices, garbage bags. We grilled. A fun location especially if you have mtn bikes.

This was a great place to stay for a fun St. George weekend getaway! It’s got plenty of room, high quality amenities, and the pool and pickle-ball courts are so nice! 1000/10 recommend!

Stayed here over spring break for 3 nights with our teen and 7 year old. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool, pickle ball court and basketball court were all in great condition and used by our family. The kitchen in the unit was great size and we enjoyed having it for meals. The location of the unit was convenient to restaurants, Snow Canyon, Gunlock reservoir, and downtown. We also enjoyed the beds and black out drapes in the bedrooms. My only word of caution is that since the bedrooms are near the basketball court sometimes people play ball well past dark and you can hear them talking loudly and the ball bouncing late. The noise from folks running up the stairs past the unit can also be loud at times. We would stay here again however.

Great location for MTB

We had a fabulous sister’s getaway to sunny St. George. We loved our stay at Canthony’s Cottage. Estancia resort was awesome. So clean and beautifully landscaped. We couldn’t have had a better place.
