Great communication between management co. We had a couple issues and they sent an person out to have them fixed right away. Great Customer Service.

The house was well equipped and had plenty of activities for all ages. The property and community amenities were great.

Great location. Clean, and beautiful. Movie room was great, as well as the arcade games. Located across the street from the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Our group of 10 loved the house. We used the rooftop patio and fireplace, the lower level patio, hot tub, theater and arcade games. We didn't use the grill. The bedrooms were spacious and lovely and the bunkroom had lots of bunks. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living area was large and comfortable. We went to the nearby pool and hot tub to relax in the sun. The neighborhood was quiet and we didn't notice the nearby road. We had a few very minor suggestions for property management. The sliding screen door to the patio didn't slide and needed adjustment. There was only one pass to the pool so we had to coordinate which was no big deal. One of the window wells didn't have an escape ladder. The bunkroom is tight, not much room for luggage. We loved that there were bikes, chairs and more in the garage. A baby bunny fell into a window well and we got it out and released it. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had the best mini vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for our stay. Enough room for everyone, the games were a hit with the little kids, and the theatre room crossed as a game room for the big kids. The kids had a blast in the village pools and lizard hunting on the rocks. The kitchen had ample space to cook and feed our brood. Thanks for a great gathering place, we’ll be back!

This house was great. Plenty of space, enjoyed the balcony/fire place, and very clean. Would stay here again.

This property worked great for our biannual Thanksgiving getaway. 8 adults and 9 grandkids, and had room for all. Loved the big table for games and puzzles. And enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks

We went down with some friends for the Snow Canyon Half Marathon. It was close to all we needed and accommodating for our group of 20 (8 adults, 12 kids). The projector stopped working while we were there and they came over to try and fix it pretty quickly. They were unable to do so and suggested we receive some reimbursement for it. They have not given that yet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and the space provided for 4 families.
