I spent every day sitting and people watching on the front patio. The property and the property management was excellent it was everything I expected of a beach community, restaurants in the area had great food and friendly service. The property grill was a bonus since I cook a lot and with the grocery store across the street supplies was never a concern. I’m actually looking forward to booking this property for future visits. Newport Beach community is an amazing place for family, fun and entertainment. If I have one word of advice PARKING although the property provided a spot if you have guest especially Thursday-Sunday it can be a walking challenge or an expense. Otherwise I have nothing but five star reviews.

This place was so great for our quick trip to Newport. Its walkability to the beach and the cute restaurants near Lido and having amenities right across the street made everything easy. The outside patio was so lovely for indoor outdoor living. Would stay here again next time !

This property was perfect for our family vacation, we have young adult children and one teen, who is also very sensitive to loud noise, we all felt right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant but peaceful, even though there were people walking around everyone was friendly and welcoming without being bothersome. The shops and restaurants and the beach was wall within walking distance and every walk taken was enjoyable. The house was clean and accommodated 6 people comfortably. We can only hope to be able to experience this wonderful little paradise again in the future.

If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars out of 5, but due to the unbeatable location it is a 5-star stay. It is right in the heart of Newport Beach with an easy walk to everything you want/need - restaurants, the beach, a great grocery store, breakfast burritos, etc. The only knock I would put on this place is it could use some updates within the house and some simple upkeep to make it feel cleaner and nicer. Besides that, it’s a great place for a beach getaway. We stayed here with my two small children and it was just about everything we wanted.

Nice place in the heart of things. Parking onsite is nice but very tight. A small vehicle is your friend. Home is clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery store and easy walk to the beach.

This vacation home was as advertised. My family and I felt welcomed by neighbors and passers by. The accommodations were excellent,clean,comfortable and inviting. We loved it!
