Located in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do in Newport Beach.

We enjoyed the property and had a great time. It is nice to be so close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful! We are planning to book again next year but we are hoping to be able to have my son in law, who has a service dog, come down for a few days. We are waiting to find out if they will allow service dogs. I would recommend without a doubt! Location is the best for food, shopping and the beach!

Perfect place to stay at

Great location, nice property and very good communication!

I spent every day sitting and people watching on the front patio. The property and the property management was excellent it was everything I expected of a beach community, restaurants in the area had great food and friendly service. The property grill was a bonus since I cook a lot and with the grocery store across the street supplies was never a concern. I’m actually looking forward to booking this property for future visits. Newport Beach community is an amazing place for family, fun and entertainment. If I have one word of advice PARKING although the property provided a spot if you have guest especially Thursday-Sunday it can be a walking challenge or an expense. Otherwise I have nothing but five star reviews.

The only problem we Had was the TV/internet. Multi controls and very little direction. Although once the manager contacted service people showed up and fixed problem. We would stay again.

Close walk to the beach and it was very helpful being right across the street from Pavillions. The place was nice and clean and we had a great time.
