We really enjoyed this spot! It is clear that both the owners and building maintenance take pride in the upkeep. The inside was comfortable and clean and offered fantastic views of the ocean. The pool and grill area was well maintained and very enjoyable. Being right across from beach access and with in walking distance of shops made the location ideal, too! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The resort was great across the street from beach and had a great pool. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen and included shampoo and conditioners, body wash and lotion. We had a great time there and really enjoyed the patio.

Great condo, fantastic location! This property was great and the onsite manager was helpful as well. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were great beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc). The balcony was great with a retractable awning for shade and a great place to watch the sunsets right from our home. Kam III is an easy walk straight across the beach and it’s an easy walk down the street to fantastic restaurants and fun shops… walk all three Kam beaches in the morning and loop back on the street with stops at the Maui Bakery or cinnamon roll place! Parking is very tight but onsite and there was an elevator which was helpful as well. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future and can’t wait to return!

We loved this condo! It’s just a short walk across the street to the beach, with great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The layout was fantastic, and the condo was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked—with spices, oil, a variety of kitchen knives, pans in different sizes, glass food storage containers, and even a water dispenser in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer inside the condo was extremely convenient and made our stay even more comfortable.
