The property is a mixture of owners and visitors. Everyone was very friendly. They're pretty strict with the curfew which is good for people downstairs, waterside. Very clean and welcoming. You do have to pay to park there. There's a good stretch of beach. The pool area is nice and kept very clean. The owner/manager stayed in touch with me when the big storms came through. My heart stayed in Maui.

If you are looking for the perfect place in terms of value for money, this is it. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and fresh. Located right by the ocean, the room offered a simply magical view of the mountains, and the air was filled with the scent of flowers. A special thank you to the staff—they were very welcoming and eager to help. The location is convenient, with everything close by. I would love to come back.

Room was amazing, host was great, and our time there was the best!! I highly recommend My Perfect Stays and this room for your next trip to Maui! Great location, great amenities, and fun gift basket when we showed up!! We will be back!

The place had everything I could need. Some of the nice things I haven't in other places were plastic bags, foil, plastic wrap, a mini prep, ice cream scoop, scissors....literally everything. It was homey and a great place to stay for a few weeks.
