Unit P-407A at the Maui Banyan in Kihei was great for our daughter, her husband and son. My husband and I were next door in Unit P-407. By opening the adjoining door between the units it was like having one big apt. for the 10 days. P-407A has flexible sleep accommodations. We had it set up with 1 King for 2 and the sleeper chair for 1. Otherwise, it could have been set up as 2 twins for 1 each and the sleeper chair for 1. Nice option. Resort is lovely, convenient to the beach, dining, shopping, and good routes for sightseeing. All was comfy with linens, a/c. Property is very well maintained. Landscaping beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. And My Perfect Stays was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to all!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the only problem is we were given a different room than the one shown in pictures (1 king bed instead of 2 queens, no in-unit laundry), so it was not an accurate representation of what we got.
We were just 2 so maybe that’s why they decided to give us another layout but we were confused when we arrived and didn’t get the chance to use laundry which is crucial for beach stays (we wanted to wash beach towels but couldn’t..)
All in all it was still a great place to stay, clean, good room, good location, safe and all and we liked it.

Lovely spot and great communication by the hosts

Unit was great! We used it as another room together the main unit. The mini fridge, microwave and Keurig are just right, and pods and snacks are a nice touch. The newly remodeled pools and the super close beach are wonderful. Appreciated the property manager My Perfect Stays communication before, during and after our stay--very helpful. We will definitely be back.
