Fantastic place right across the road from Kam 2 beach. Fabulous local eateries and grocery stores near by. Condo was tidy and well equipped and felt just like home. The team who manages this property is very responsive and quick to communicate.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei with the My Perfect Stay team. There was ample parking, the place was very clean, the grounds/amenities were really nice, and the patio views were beautiful! My boyfriend and I actually were thinking the patio views wouldn't match what was pictured but they did, it seemed unlikely we'd have nature/water views near all the condos in the area!! The location is very walkable to the beach, driveable to groceries and overall a solid location. Also a bonus - ice was already made for us when we arrived. We'd stay here again!

Beautiful condo. Quiet. Short Walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches on maui. (And some of the best restaurants…. 808 deli is my favorite)

We couldn't have been more pleased with our 10-day stay in this lovey condo, P-409, at Maui Banyon in Kihei. The property and beautiful grounds & pools are very well maintained (immaculate). The condo was more than we expected and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, up-to-date TV viewing, lovely furnishings and linens, good lighting, comfortable king bed, plenty of closet/drawer space, balcony furnishings, and the beach items/equipment provided. The location is excellent! Only a short walk to the beach for dramatic nightly sunsets, close casual dining, shops, etc. Everyone with My Perfect Stays was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. We appreciated the sweet welcome message and surprise. Our daughter, husband and son occupied P-409-A. We simply unlocked the door between the units so it was an absolutely ideal layout for a family!
