We had an amazing stay here! The beachfront view was absolutely beautiful, and one of our favorite things was being able to hear the sound of the waves all day and night. It was incredibly relaxing and peaceful.
The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
While there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, the location was perfect for exploring both the east and west sides of the island. It’s also only about 20 minutes from the airport, and a short drive will take you to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores.
The beach felt almost private, and we loved taking long morning walks along the shore. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again!

An exceptional stay. Photos speak for themselves, but nothing beats being seaside. The space is immaculate, beautifully appointed and just off the beaten path, which we appreciated as it's nice and quiet. It's a nice central location for exploring the island. The grounds are well kept and it's pedestrian friendly to a nearby beach, as well as a local market.

This was our second stay at Milowai #401 and it was just as wonderful as the first. The views from just about everywhere within the unit are breathtaking. The pool is heated and cared for. Coco and others keep the property squeaky clean. The amenities are abundant, from the whisper-like split AC and dishwasher to the cupboards stocked with everything you'll need, and more. I thought the bit about the turtles might be just hype, but no - they show up to feed right below your feet at the seawall most days. If you want to take a boat tour for any reason, the walk to the harbor is very short. A special shout-out to Christine at My Perfect Stays - our TV fritzed out several weeks into our stay and she seamlessly arranged a same-day replacement. Looking forward to a return visit in 2026!

This place was amazing! The water and Haleakala views from the lanai and main living areas were unbeatable, and everything in the condo was new and clean. Location was perfect for us - central and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, and yet away from all the hustle and bustle. The county park at the end of the street felt like our own private beach. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved my two weeks here, 6 mile Beach just to the south was a great evening walk every evening. Twice I saw turtles coming out to sleep on the beach in the evening. The condo and the lanai have great views. everything I did was within 15 minutes of this condo, surfing lessons in Lahaina, surfing lessons in Kihei, Pickleball courts, Whole Foods, Costco, and the airport. I’m looking forward to coming back here.
