1. good location: the beach is just cross the street. There is a bus stop just outside of the compound, taking you to Wailea beach, though it's once every 60min. 2. spacious and well-equipped apartment, with literally everything we need for the stay, all kitchen ware, dishware and cooking oil and salt pepper etc. Dishwasher and laundry machine with detergent. There are also beach chair, beach towel and cooler provided. 3. the self check-in/check-out process is very smooth, receive the door code 1 hour before check-in time. we did not rent a car, so walking around 10-15min. to restaurants or ABC store and supermarket is a little bit tiring, especially carrying groceries. another thing is that during our stay there were those tiny black drain flies (?) around bathroom sink, not many but appears everyday the check-out time is 10am, feel a bit too early

Great place to stay. Location is perfect. 5 minute walk to beach across the street. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Condo was stocked with all the essentials. Welcome basket was an extra special touch. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. From the time of booking to checkout, communication was stellar.

Our family had a good time staying at Maui Vista. The accommodations were on point. The rooms were clean and inviting. We look forward to future stays.

Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, partial ocean view, and a short walk to the beach and food. Might feel small for more than 4 guests

We love the location, very central area to head out each day for different parts of the island. Condo was clean, everything's we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and the beds wer very comfortable. So many places to eat within walking distance. A/C almost worked too well! 😂

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It accommodated the four of us comfortably. It was also very close to beach access. Myperfecstays, was a very responsive host and all instructions were clear. I would stay at this unit again in the future.
