We enjoyed our stay at Papakea B102. The unit is in a great location being on the ground floor close to the pool and bbq. Parking right outside the door. We had everything we needed for our three stay. I liked having a tv with cable in the bedroom. I didn’t care for the dishwasher that is small taking up half the sink space but made it work. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at Papakea for many years and love it. We usually book through My Perfect Stays and they are great and very responsive if you need anything. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved the condo. Its location & decor are great. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. We were glad there was ice in the freezer and a little gift starter kit when we arrived. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, towels & sitting on the lanai overlooking the pool & ocean! The kitchen amenities could use a little updating; Only 3 numeric (1,5,7) buttons on the microwave worked, so when the power went out and the clock needed to be reset we had to wait until 5:15 To do that). We used the “30 second” button to heat or reheat anything. The knives don’t cut well; are dull. The pans are warped on the bottom so they don’t sit flat on the cooktop making it slightly difficult to cook eggs & bacon, for example. The toaster did not work properly. It only toasted the bottom portion of the bread. Also, there is no cover over the drain in the bathroom sink, which means jewelry could fall down in the drain. While these comments may seem “picky”, they are things we think should be addressed for future guests. And even with these “issues”, we loved our stay and the condo & staff and I am certain we will return.

We loved our stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was situated in a great location within the resort and the ground floor access made it very easy to access all of the amenities, pool area, and still had incredible views of the ocean. There is AC in the living room, but not the bedroom. Took a bit longer, but the bedroom cooled down quite comfortably at night with the evening breeze and the provided fans. The lanai area made for a great place to enjoy coffee, meals, and take in the incredible views.
Papakea was the perfect launching point for our daily outings. Several good restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Lots of additional options just a short drive away.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Each time we return, there are new updates. Always clean and comfortable. This time there is a brand new shower and other updates in the bathroom. Also, brand new dishwasher. So easy and convenient. Just the right size for our needs. Latest technology, short cycle, shiny dishes. Never seen one like it, but I love it. Of course sunsets are lovely from the living room or lanai. Owners really pay attention to detail, everything in its place and it works. My Perfect Stays were always attentive and answered all our questions. Of course, we’ll be back!
