The Mahana could not be closer to the ocean. Stingrays and turtles swam in front of our property every single day. Beach access is easy. There are multiple gas Grills on the property so we could cook our lunches or dinners. The pool and the hot tub are well kept and the staff there keeps the grounds immaculate. The staff at my perfect stays, responded to the very few issues we had immediately, and they were corrected and followed up on. Easy walking to restaurants, snorkel gear shops, taco trucks grocery store. Walking distance to the best cinnamon roll and shaved ice ever! The unit has beach, chairs, cooler, and water toys for your enjoyment. The condo has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We’ve been to the Mahana 4 times over the last 20 years and loved it every single time. It’s our home away from whom. Until next time, Mahalo!

We stated the Mahana five times over the last 20 years and it never disappoints. Staff is amazing. Every issue we had was responded to. I couldn’t think of a better place to go when visiting Maui. Mahalo!

If you want to listen to the waves while enjoying unobstructed ocean views from the balcony, family room, or bedroom, look no further. This place has everything you need if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy peaceful surroundings.
Beyond the smaller, quiet footprint of this location, you can easily walk to plenty of great spots — Duke’s, local restaurants, food trucks, handmade ice cream, and the best cinnamon rolls on the island. For those feeling more adventurous, it’s just a 1.7‑mile walk to Whalers Village, where you’ll find tons of shopping and dining options around the larger resorts.
The apartment itself was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels for days at the ocean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment has everything we needed for a week long stay on Ka’anapali. Easy walking to everything on Rte 30. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The hosts have thought of everything and are organized. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the beach!
The views of the water were incredible. We could watch sea turtles pop their heads up in the surf. And the sunsets were beautiful right there on the porch. Note that with western facing windows it will get hot if you left the blinds up all day. But the unit has central AC which kept things cool with the shades managed in the late day.
The Mahana is next to a public access beach and a boardwalk. You get a gate code that allows a shortcut to the boardwalk and an excellent restaurant - Dukes. Be sure to get a reservation there.
The beach right in front of the Mahana pool area is a totally smooth entry, but be aware that most of the beachfront has some flat rocks under water. Be careful with kids and bare feet.

I enjoyed my stay. Your communication was clear and I appreciated the support. Three notes if have are: 1) there are not loungers on the lanai as pictured in the ads and 2) the bed is very firm, maybe a mattress topper? 3) a safe for the room would be nice. Overall I'd give 5 stars but just wanted to provide some feedback.
