We had a wonderful vacation at Hale Mahina. The unit was well stocked and with everything that we needed. Jerry, the resident manager was amazing, helping us with any questions and befriending our entire family. There were 12 of us in 5 units and we enjoyed every aspect of the resort. Having a washer and dryer and a dishwasher was a wonderful convenience. I would have loved real glasses instead of only plastic glasses, but that is my preference. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this condo while celebrating my birthday with my husband and young kids. It was the perfect getaway home base—steps from the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, close to grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and a short 10 minute drive to beautiful beach spots like Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Beach.
Our 5 year old son loved his mornings on the beach playing in the sand and afternoons swimming in the clean pool. The unit included snorkel gear, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, which made beach days easy.
As mentioned in the listing, there is no A/C and while the evenings were warm, we were able to keep the air flowing between the front screen door and the back sliding screen door with the fans on which worked well for us to keep the kids cool.
Overall, this place was the perfect spot for an amazing family Maui getaway and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Maui in the future.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay—so much so that we’re already planning to come back for a few weeks next year. The property is clean, well-managed, and incredibly relaxing. While the unit doesn’t have air conditioning (as noted), it added to the authentic island vibe. That said, if AC is a must for you, it might be less comfortable during the hotter months. There are multiple fans, which helped, but we could see it getting warm during peak heat. For us, the trade-off was worth it. The unit was just the right size for the two of us, and we loved being so close to the water—stepping outside right onto the beach was a dream. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the island experience.

So happy with our trip to Maui in this beautiful stay. The location was great as we were able to venture to the back patio to get our beach time in daily. The kitchen was fully equipped which was such a nice bonus. Would definitely rent again!!

This place is fantastic! Right on the beach, and a ton of sea life in the water. Turtles would come up on the beach everyday to sleep. I’d love to come back!

We had such a great stay at Hale Mahina A104!! The condo is in a perfect location with just steps out to the beach. The condo has everything you need! It is beautifully updated! There is street noise, but it was very quiet at night! My Perfect Stays was very responsive to any requests we had. We cannot wait to come back!
