Excellent location and property. Host is responsive and the on site staff are friendly and do an amazing job keeping the condo resort clean and beautiful and relaxing.
Really good value for the money. Would stay here again. Ocean view is amazing. Right on the beach. Turtles right out the window.
The condo is a bit old and in need of maintenance. The sliding door is very hard to close. Bathroom door is hard to close. Fan rattles in the bathroom. And other little things like that.
But for the price, I would stay again. The location and property overall are amazing.

Facilities were great and so well kept. Loved that the pool was open until 10 and there was ample parking. Unit was comfortable for our family of 8 adults. The unit was stocked for everything we needed for a 7-night stay. Lanai door needed a bit of maintenance as it’s a bit hard to open and close. AC was a bit challenging with it being upstairs and controlling the entire unit. None of the above being deal breakers however.

This is a spacious vacation rental in an ocean front resort like community. We are 5 adults and there was enough space for all of us for 5 nights.
The rooms are big, well furnished and the extra high ceilings make it even bigger. Air condition is very effective, balcony, overlooking pool and ocean is nice, kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs, small umbrellas and a cooler for beach trips.
There is a pool and hot tub on location. There is a sea-walled beach right in front of the community, which was closed for rebuilding while we were there, and a sandy beach one can walk to just south. Note that getting to the Kaanapali Beach walk requires circling around the community. Not a big deal. We jogged down to Whalers Village. Not an issue. We took Surfing and Sight seeing day trips. Not an issue also.
All in all, good location, good unit, great value.

We had a wonderful stay at Papakea K402! The unit was extremely clean, cozy, and in a perfect location!! We were close to the ocean and in very peaceful surroundings. We especially loved the pools and taking in the beautiful ocean view from the lanai. The overall amenities were great, and having beach chairs and a cooler provided for us to use was a fantastic bonus!! We recommend this place.

My family absolutely loved the condo and it’s beautiful scenery. Everything was clean, The host was very helpful and responded right away. We came all the way from Arizona, and we ate so glad we chose your place! Thank You
