Our stay at Papakea was fantastic. It is the perfect place to relax and is centrally located to beaches, shopping, etc. We never had difficulty finding a spot by the pool or an open barbecue and the resort's activities (free Mai Tai Thursdays, putting contests, and more) were bonuses. Looking forward to our next Papakea visit.

We just returned from an amazing 10-day stay at this Papakea condo in Maui through My Perfect Stays, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff at Papakea were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The condo itself was spotless, and our hosts went above and beyond by leaving a wonderful assortment of Hawaii-themed treats waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start our vacation. One of the things we appreciated most was how well-equipped the condo was for beach days. The cooler, beach umbrella, chairs, beach mats, and towels saved us a significant amount of money on rentals and made it easy to enjoy Maui's beautiful beaches. We also appreciated having access to a vacuum—despite our best efforts, the sand inevitably found its way inside, and it was nice to be able to keep the condo tidy throughout our stay. Parking was always easy, with plenty of spots close to the unit, and the car wash station was surprisingly useful for rinsing off sandy shoes and gear after long beach days. Perhaps our favorite amenity was the washer and dryer, along with the provided laundry pods and dryer sheets. For a 10-day vacation, this was absolutely invaluable. Being able to do laundry throughout our trip made packing easier and kept everything fresh and comfortable. The Papakea property itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and quiet. After long days exploring the island and soaking up the sun, we were able to get excellent sleep every night. The location is fantastic—close to all of West Maui's attractions and beaches. Within a five-minute walk, you'll find a food truck park with more than 10 food trucks, a coffee shop, an ABC Store, and other convenient options. Everything about this location made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. We truly can't wait to return to Maui and stay at this property again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed, and perfectly located home base for their Maui vacation!

This was a very comfortable condo in an excellent location to the grounds and view of the ocean. The kitchen was the best stock kitchen with utensils, dishes and silverware. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again should we return to Maui.

Our trip to Maui was wonderful. K307 was perfect and the staff went out of their way to make sure things were all right. K307 has an awesome view and we were pleasantly surprised by the resort. I hope someday to make it back there.

We hand a wonderful time on Maui using this site as “home base”. We felt as though we thoroughly explored many of the features the island has to offer. Our one suggestion would be for a column/floor circulating fan that could be used to pull AC air to bedroom from main living space with sleeper sofa. Using both spaces meant that often those in the living room/kitchen were freezing while those in the bedroom were still very warm. Other accommodations and beach provisions were helpful to have and we used almost all. Mahalo for our stay!!!

Beach items were great to have on hand even though we never used them, it was nice to know they were there to be used. As far as a welcoming gift, we never received a gift. As for our contact, I enjoyed talking to Christine regarding a couple of issues that we had. The microwave didn’t get resolved until a few days later when I called the second time but that’s ok. As far as parking, the only complaint I have is the price of parking here with a rental car. That would probably be our only concern when thinking about coming back here. The unit was clean.
