We had a wonderful first visit to Hawaii! We really enjoyed our stay in H301! Your property is very nice.

Everything was very nice. The property is very neat and clean and all the staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the Maui shortbread cookies.

The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The A/C remote controller didn't always work on the first few tries. It might need new batteries. Having a "How to use" like the TV remotes would be helpful. The bathroom faucet handle sticks and squeaks when used. It feels like it might break off. The shower control sticks too.

When making our first reservation, I found the person at MPS so friendly, helpful, and accommodating that I just knew it was a PERFECT match, Upon our arrival we found the unit exceptionally clean and well supplied. There was a minor maintenance issue which was remedied by the most friendly and competent person in just a matter of a few hours. This is our second year renting this unit from MPS and we have rebooked for next year.
