The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The A/C remote controller didn't always work on the first few tries. It might need new batteries. Having a "How to use" like the TV remotes would be helpful. The bathroom faucet handle sticks and squeaks when used. It feels like it might break off. The shower control sticks too.

When making our first reservation, I found the person at MPS so friendly, helpful, and accommodating that I just knew it was a PERFECT match, Upon our arrival we found the unit exceptionally clean and well supplied. There was a minor maintenance issue which was remedied by the most friendly and competent person in just a matter of a few hours. This is our second year renting this unit from MPS and we have rebooked for next year.

Beautiful unit with recent updates, super comfy bed, beautiful view!

Perfect spot to stay for our first trip to Maui! Absolutely loved the location, view, and room. While still giving 5 stars, we personally found the bed very hard. Some prefer a firm mattress so that's no problem - this one was extremely firm, however. Other than that - we truly had a near perfect stay. And Papakea was the perfect blend for us of resort amenities mixed with the smaller, more accessible space and comfort of a condo. Would love to visit again.
