My family had such a great experience on Maui, and the condo was in the perfect location. It is a across the street from Charlie Young beach, which is great for children. I would highly recommend this location.

Great location + easy hosts who are quick to respond. Very walkable neighborhood, decent AC (living area only; fans in the bedrooms). The kitchen had all of the usual tools + the knives were pretty sharp (rare to find in rentals, in my experience). I'd love to see cotton or another natural fiber sheet next time, the polyester sheets felt cheap + were noisy, but this is obviously not that big a deal + we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pros: it was close to the beach. The pool was just next door. It away from the commercial areas, so nice and quite area which what I was looking for. There were plazas that were walkable (10 mins in each direction). Cons: The A/C was only in living room so the rooms were a little warm, but okay if doors were open. Little things here and there outdated. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time very much at Pacific Shores and would love to stay there again when we return. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and food establishments. Overall experience was great. Being Sr. Adults, we feel like in the near future it would be nice to have taller toilets. Getting down and back up was hard at times. Also, getting a new cooler to take to the beach and also to have an umbrella to take to the beach would be awesome.
