Great spot, we saw turtles from the balcony. Felt like plenty of room for 6 guests. The property is better than advertised which is really saying something.

Our group had a wonderful stay! When we checked in, lights were on, AC was going (which was a blessing, as it was an unusually hot and humid day), Hawaiian-style music quietly playing on the living room TV, and a lovely welcome basket with some cookies, small bag of coffee, and a few tea packets. The listing photos match perfectly - views and all. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware, utensils, etc. that you might need and Safeway a short drive away. The property is quiet - we rarely heard neighbors, so it truly is a peaceful place. If you want to forgo the two pools on the property (be aware: shade is a bit lacking), and would rather sit on the beach or go for a dip in the ocean, Pohaku Beach is an easy walk up the road (the condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a small cooler). We saw sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, and a monk seal there! A couple tips for future visitors: 1) If you have a larger vehicle, the southern parking lot is a bit bigger and easier to maneuver, and 2) You will not be able to access the condo early, even if by a few minutes. We arrived 5 minutes early and the access code would not work until 3pm on the dot. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware, in case you think the code isn't working. All in all, we would be more than happy to come back and stay here again! My sister lives in the area and said this was one of the nicest rentals she's seen.

Really enjoyed the beautiful view ! Sooo peaceful and clean

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. I knew it was going to be great when we arrived: the condo was beautifully lit, and Hawaiian music was playing on the TVs- so inviting! There were coffee filters and coffee, plenty of towels, 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, and a perfect beachfront view. The pools and hot tub were immaculate and the pool temperatures were warm. Each room was well air conditioned- even the upstairs. I did not find the air conditioner on the second floor balcony to be noisy at all (as one person mentioned). On the beach connected to the pools were dozens of sea turtles that the kids loved. There are quiet hours posted, and that was great because everyone else staying there was quiet and respectful. I found the master bedroom mattress and pillows to be a bit rough; however, we would return here in a heartbeat. We were debating between staying on the west or south side of the island. I have to say that the west side is the spot. The outdoor mall at Whalers Village was far better than the outdoor mall in Wailea (if that matters to you). The west side drive to the Makamakaone Waterfall hike was stunning (and thrilling, drive slowly). Make sure you hit Paia for a day trip of boutique shopping and restaurants! Thank you!

Fantastic place! The views are spectacular from both balconies. The space was clean, and the check-in and checkout process was easy. The property has everything you need and then some.One tip everyone should know: Before sunset, walk in front of the property to the left path by the rocks. It's a wonderful spot to watch the sunset, and the turtles come up to rest on the beach. We didn’t discover it until later in the week, but it was worth visiting every night we were there!
