We had a really nice time, the property is quiet, with a nice garden and lanai, has all amenities needed, and is really close to the beach. The AC is quite noisy but we could also use the fans which are fine. The property managers are very responsive and helped us right way with an issue with the dishwasher.

07/2026 The studio is well represented in the photos. The portable A/C unit worked worked very well. Bed and Sofa sleeper comfortable. The maintenence was sent very timely, for unimportant issues. Enjoyed the pool and the LOCATION TO THE BEACH IS EPIC! Pool was great for a dip and the shower is right by the pool. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and responsive. If you have a car be sure to register (like they tell you, but its a the office NEXT DOOR. Also super nice. Thank you My Perfect Stays!

Exceeded expectations!

We loved our stay, everything we need was provided. Thanks to the perfect stays team: very helpful and well organized. We recommend 100%.

The place was great. There was some confusion about whether there was an AC Unit or not before we arrived. We thought we read that there was one when we booked, then staff said there was not one prior to arrival when I double checked but then we got there and there was an AC unit which was great. Thought I’d mention just to clear up any confusion. Could use a knife sharpener or a new kitchen knife. Everything was great and just as we expected otherwise. We loved it and give it a 10/10 and would go back. The lanai was a nice space with the sort’ve secluded backyard feel and pool too.

Outstanding location. We really enjoyed our time and plan to come back.
