This was an aloha dream condo. It was priced well, right on the water, and the management was absolutely amazing. They immediately answered all of our questions, the staff at the condo, Paki maui was sensational. We had nice neighbors during our visit and the condo is close to everything! I think we will be coming back again as we go to Maui every other year.

This unit 101 was a great location in Building 1. It was right next to steps to get down to pool and beach. It is a walk from the parking lot but would rather be closer to pool and beach.
Great first floor unit. Looks out on to beach so you can sit on your patio area drink your coffee and/or watch the sun set.
even though it is a first floor unit it is elevated from the ground as in beach. So you do have to walk some a few steps to get up to the unit. This I liked because the made the patio out back more private .

It was a fantastic space & location. Good food nearby, close to tons of beaches and shopping.
I loved falling asleep everynight to the sound of the ocean. Ground level made for easy access... LOVED it! No AC was fine becaus of the great cross breeze.

Great location. Well appointed kitchen. The washer and dryer are a huge blessing. Restaurants are walkable distance. Beach is accessible. Ocean view and sounds cannot be bet. Highly recommended
