Needed a late checkout because our flight didn't end up leaving till 8pm, but we didn't get it.
As for the price, it could have been better. There were ants in everything, even had a baby salamander visiting us! (He was super cute tho!) The walls could definitely use some upgrades on insulation BECAUSE you hear everything from outside, above & below you. Regular talking actually sounds like a war!

Being next to the beach was a definite a plus!

We are 3 couples in our 50's who travel quite a bit together and our stay here in Lahaina was amazing. Everything was clean and as described, and plenty of space for 6 adults. Our favorite space was the deck overlooking the ocean to the west, with beautiful sunsets and sea turtles at the shore break every morning and evening. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the ocean as well, and appreciated that this is a small gated community and so there were always plenty of chairs for everyone. The location was perfect, and just a brief drive from Whaler's Village, great restaurants, and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

Noelani 303 was spotless, beautifully maintained and exactly as represented. The kitchen was well equipped, beach gear was provided, parking was easy and the location was fantastic.
The views were breathtaking and the sunsets were some of the best we experienced in Maui. Turtles, spotted eagle rays and surfing can be viewed every morning!
Laurie Lynn and the other lovely woman in the Noelani office were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful.
Communication was excellent and everything was seamless. My Perfect Stays turned a stressful situation into some of our favourite days on Maui.

Beautiful condo in the wonderful location. View from our room was best I have ever had. Plan on coming back again.

Exactly the same or even better than the photo posted! The room is very nice and clean.
The view is spectacular. We can see big green turtles from our balcony. They also provide a high quality binocular in room. You can watch the turtle even closer!
The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances work wells.
The only thing is the building has no elevator. But if you pack light, that should be no problem at all.
