This place truly charmed us from the moment we arrived. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The building has a lovely older character and is home to a community of retired residents who are a genuine delight to chat with — it adds a unique, neighborly feel you won't find at a typical rental.
The location is perfect for those who enjoy a quieter pace, with small local restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped — beach gear is already provided, so no need to rent anything, and everyday essentials like soap and dish soap are stocked and ready to go.
It's clear the owner is thoughtfully upgrading the space over time — the bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and a dishwasher has been added, which was a great touch. The fridge is older but works perfectly fine. All in all, this is a wonderfu

Maui Sands Seaside 7–11 is a special place. It’s a sacred place. Creation is constantly on display, from sunrise to sunset. From the sounds of the soothing waves, glimpses of rainbows after a gentle rain, views of the ever changing clouds crowning the island of Molokai, and presence of giant sea turtles in the water just below the private lanai. Your heart will be filled with awe! This updated unit is well appointed with a complete kitchen and very comfortable king bed. There are even boogie boards to use in the gentle waters right out front, just steps away. Maui has excellent restaurants, as well as farmers markets. We enjoyed forest hikes near Haleakalā, the road to Hana, as well as snorkeling in several locations. A wonderful surprise was the variety of colorful fish we saw in the waters in front of Maui Sands Seaside 7–11! We loved our time at Maui Sands Seaside 7-11. This special place is beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable, feeling more like a home with the most incredible ocean view imaginable! We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

I absolutely love the Maui Seaside 711 rental and will stay here again during my future visits to Maui! Modern, clean, with all amenities needed! Perfect oceanfront lanai and views. Close to a great ABC store and a wonderful fish market!

We had a wonderful stay with My Perfect Stays in Hawaii and would absolutely book this condo again. It was exactly as pictured, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful, private feel from the end unit. We loved the jalousie windows that let in the ocean breeze and sound of the waves.
The condo was beautifully updated, with a comfortable bed, renovated kitchen and bathroom, and included parking right out front. The location was excellent — close to restaurants, hotels, and Whalers Village.
One of our favorite memories was enjoying coffee overlooking the ocean and snorkeling right out front. The sunsets, stargazing, and sound of the waves made the stay feel truly magical.
The only downside was some daytime construction noise but it didn’t impact us much since we were usually out exploring.
Overall, this was an incredible stay and we would happily return again.
