We had a great stay overall! The place was updated, comfortable, and had thoughtful amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas that made beach days really easy. The AC worked great, which we especially appreciated after long days out in the heat, and communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay.
A couple things future guests should know: because of the tropical climate, you will definitely encounter critters. We kept the doors and windows shut, but on more humid days mosquitoes and other bugs still found their way in, and we had a couple geckos visit as well. Bug spray is definitely a must. There’s also a rooster directly under the main bedroom that starts crowing around 4am and all throughout the day, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
That said, none of this took away from our overall experience, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location in Wailea. Gives you great privacy but also proximity to a ton of restaurants and beaches. Great location to easily drive all over the island from, and quiet and relaxing. Our family of four (two teenagers) all enjoyed it.

Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Willkommensgeschenk gabs Schokolade mit Macadamia Nüssen und Kaffee, was wir sehr schätzten. Die Klimaanlage war leise. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war super. Der Strand etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuss, was für uns Ok war. Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Man hörte Nachts den Strassenverkehr, was aber nicht schlimm war.

Nice accommodations in Kihei! Quiet location, nice grounds, well furnished. Would definitely stay again.
