Great location, view, and ocean sounds! Nice, quiet little beach resort with well kept grounds, parking lot, and pool area. We appreciate being away from the hustle and bustle and this was a great fit. Food/shopping are not walking distance, but there's a great selection within 10'ish minutes. "Turtle Cove" as noted on the complex maps is worth a little walk - we saw 3 snoozing sea turtles from a distance! We also saw SO many more in the water in late afternoon/ evening, and a good amount of whale activity from the lanai. The little beach next to the resort is not too busy and a great spot. Communication from My Perfect Stays is detailed and prompt. Self check-in went smoothly even though we didn't arrive until late at night. Be sure to note in the description that there is no elevator at this complex. The welcome gift is a very nice touch. Amenities for the unit like shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ soap/ lotion /laundry pods were appreciated, as were the collection of board games/ beach chairs/beach towels. There is also beach equipment but we didn't use it. Kitchen utensils and dishes are plentiful and the dishwasher is great to have, though some previous renters could have done a better job cleaning their utensils/dishes. They do have high standards for their renters, how the unit is kept, and linens are handled which results in a better experience for all. The unit is clean enough overall for most renters. I notice quite a bit more from a cleaning/maintenance perspective than most having grown up with a family that owned a cleaning company. It was decent enough though and I did provide further feedback directly which was received by a general response from the property management company.

We are two couples who just returned from an incredible stay at Noelani 410, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the endless ocean views from the lanai. This is the absolute highlight of this condo and we had front row seats to watch turtles swimming just below us and for the humpback whales’ annual show - an experience we’ll never forget. I’m not sure we ever used any of the indoor furniture because we were outside any time we were awake! The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-equipped to do vacation cooking and we loved having the option to eat on the lanai. The bathrooms were good, very clean. The beds are comfortable, with very good linens which is a nice touch. The Noelani Resort itself is a hidden gem - a charming, low-key property with beautifully maintained tropical grounds. The oceanfront pools, jacuzzi, and BBQ areas were lovely, and the location was perfect for us. My Perfect Stays provided exceptional professional service throughout our booking and stay. Everything has been thought through and you could show up there with nothing but your clothes and know that anything you need for a great vacation is in the condo. We wholeheartedly recommend Noelani 410 to anyone seeking a spectacular oceanfront Maui experience. We’re already thinking about a return trip!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Very comfortable condominium with absolutely breathtaking views. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit had snorkeling gear and beach chairs. The pools and hot tub were a hit with our daughters as well. We didn’t ever want to leave.

This is one of the most incredible stays I've had on Maui. The location, the views, the waves, the sea turtles, the pools, the rainbows - just wonderful. The condo is fully equipped with cooking utensils and beach amenities (folding chairs, cooler, etc) and we fully enjoyed our stay. This unit does have air conditioning, which was a major plus as well. We will look to book this place again on our next trip to Maui! Thank you!

We had an amazing 10-night stay at Noelani 410! The condo was absolutely awesome—watching turtles swim in the ocean right from the lanai was a magical experience. Every morning started with breakfast on the lanai, accompanied by the refreshing Hawaiian breezes. The central AC worked great when we needed it, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. Having all the beach gear available in the unit was a huge plus—plenty of beach towels, and the in-unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. The only minor challenge was the two flights of stairs, which felt a bit much after long, active days—but totally worth it for the views and comfort. Overall, our stay was top-notch. Highly recommend Noelani 410 for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped oceanfront getaway!
