I am glad we selected the My Perfect Stay location - central location for West and North Maui and great on the beach room. Communication was spot on from the team. A great first time visit to the great state of Hawaii and Maui island.

Great place on the ocean to enjoy the area. Comfortable bed, clean room. Everything we wanted. Close to Duke's Beach House restaurant for an easy walk to dinner.

Everything was provided, including shampoo/conditioner and lotion. This condo provides great sunsets, no need to make dinner reservations to see the sunset. Front row seat from the comfort of this condo.

The accomodations were as described. The unit was very well furnished for our needs. This was the perfect spot for our vacation. Communication was great from time of making reservations through check-in and check-out. All very easy. The staff was very accomodating. When we had a minor repair issue the got right on it and fixed the issue without disrupting our vacation. We will certainly be back.

We stay at Maui Kai every year, and this unit has so far probably been our favorite. One of the reasons is the layout of the condo. The lanai is an extension of the living space, so it seems much larger than other units. We sat at the high table looking right over the ocean at whale shows, bobbing turtles, spinner dolphins, false killer whales, and monk seals all while eating, sipping our morning coffee, or playing games! The My Perfect Stays staff was very communicative and helpful. We had an issue with our couch, and two days later it was replaced with a brand new couch! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable surroundings. We would definitely stay there again!

We stay at Maui Kai every year and this was one of our favorite condos! One thing that makes it stand out from the rest is the layout. The lanai is an extension of the living room which creates a much larger living space. Whenever we were home at the condo, we opened the sliding glass doors and let the sound of the ocean in. During our month long stay, we saw numerous whale shows, sea turtles bobbing in the waves, a pod of spinner dolphins, a pod of false killer whales, and a monk seal- all while just sitting at the high table eating, drinking, or playing a game.Maui Kai is a small, quiet, complex, but a short walk away are the bustling resorts and the food truck area. It’s really the best of both worlds.My Perfect Stays did a great job communicating. We had an issue with our couch in the living room and 2 days later a brand new couch was delivered. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.I can’t recommend this condo more!
