We love Maui Kaanapali Villas, we have stayed there many times. The property is perfect, beach side, family friendly restaurant and really nice staff.
This was the first time we stayed and booked through a 3rd party. Not a huge deal but request for room towels doesn't go through the front desk, someone has to drive to the property and drop them off. When a family of 4 are staying for a week and doing all outside activities I think there should be more than 4 towels in the room. When I did call to request more towels the girl suggested I go to the laundry mat that is on the property. Needless to say I did get more towels dropped off but it's not a great response to a mom that is on vacation and normally does all the laundry at home, lol.
