We booked a location that was not up to standard by any means, the place had no blinds in the bedroom (it is on the first floor), 3 cockroaches and lots of spiders along with spider webs- the place looked like it had been quite neglected. They had someone come out and check the unit and they immediately deemed the unit unfit for our stay. We did have to stay one night in this unit, but they allowed us to choose between 5-6 other units that we could move into the next day. We were so thankful that we booked a unit that was managed by My Perfect Stays .
WOW! The unit we were sent to was amazing, clean, and still had the view we were looking for. The staff at My Perfect Stays was so friendly, accommodating and even left a bottle of wine for us because it was also my birthday. Thank you so much My Perfect Stays for making it right and moving us. I firmly believe if this was a stay that was booked with a homeowner who managed the property the outcome would not have been the same.
