Place was great; we would definitely stay there again!

Maui Vista (building one) is located 500 steps from the sands of Charley Young Beach (Kamaole 1). Ocean view from lanai & a short walk to shops, restaurants & other beaches. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable but lacking in supplies compared to other MV units we've stayed in. Annie was great to work with & we'd recommend this unit to anyone.

The places was perfect and the view was exactly as the picture shows. We literally sat out there every evening. Location is perfect and any traffic sound was drown out by the ocean. Mind blown. Defiantly go to Foodland for your shopping, the produce selection was great.

This VRBO is conveniently located and and thoughtfully appointed with all you need for a comfy stay near the beach! From the completeness of the kitchen, to beach towels, umbrellas, ice chest…it has it all! The balcony faces the ocean so nightly we enjoyed the sunset either from there, or across the street at their beach. The grounds are well kept and it is so quiet. We loved it!!

Everything went smoothly. Was the perfect location for our family! Love the laid back feel of Kihei and the great food. Nice location for exploring the whole island, as the drive to get to other beaches isn’t too far at all. Charley Young across the street is beautiful too! Definitely Recommend! Would stay again. (Just a side point , a couple of the beach chairs and one of the umbrellas could stand to be updated. A couple were broken upon our arrival, But grateful that there were a couple of others to use) plus we brought giant beach blankets with us. overall very satisfied with our stay. Mahalo!!!

Location is nice, although the building is outdated, AC is poor, and no good food choices nearby. I would have given a better review, if not for the owner adding fake charges for cleaning and a missing key: we cleaned up the place before leaving and there only was one key. What a phony!
