We enjoyed our stay at Neopoli Rentals. Our first impression was that the condo was extremely dated which felt a little unclean. However, it was clean and my sensitive nose was just fine. As the days went by we were so happy with our rental. We spent much of our time at the pool or the beach, so the condo was just a base for showers and sleep. We had two adults in the bedroom and two high school seniors on the not so comfortable foldout sofa. Both beds had just a sheet and thin cover, so I did recommend to the staff to stock more linens. The view was incredible and the lanai was a favorite place to sit since we didn’t fold up the sofa each day. The pool area was amazing and we watched the sunsets on the water from the hot tub. The whole condo complex was not busy or crowded. We could walk to the end of our unit and find a little private trail where many sea turtles were hanging out. The staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. So in the end we thought less of the outdated condo and enjoyed everything else. Would stay again. It was a great value.

I stayed here with my 16 year old son for 5 days and we loved it. Great location, amazing view with the turtles right out front. The condo itself is basic but comfortable and clean. All the details were taken care of to get us through a week; dish soap, towels, utensils, laundry detergent, etc. You can't ask for better value with this view and location on Maui. Would definitely come back!

you can expect a beautiful view of the ocean and the island of Lana'i.. We were there during what seemed to be peak whale season so we watched the whales breach and a ton of whales coming up for air. Such an Amazing site!

We stayed here in early February. The view from the room was just spectacular! We could see whales leaping, sea turtles swimming, surfers surfing. There's a little cove just steps away from the room where Hawaiian sea turtles take a nap. We saw 17 of them on one day and someone said he saw 33! It's close to shops and restaurants yet very quiet. The only thing you hear is waves crashing. The wifi was super fast, I had no problem doing video calls. (It was a "workation".) The staff were friendly and efficient. There's everything you need for the stay. Highly recommended, book it before someone else does!
