Great location in Lahaina and right on a small beach that was good for lounging in the waves. You will definitely fall asleep to the waves crashing on the beqch. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear and a cooler, that was a hige plus for beach and driving excursions. We weren’t prepared for how warm it would be in the condo without air conditioning, definitely have to keep all the doors/windows open and fans on but this is likely the case in a lot of rentals.

Lovely condo right on the beach. We went to sleep listening to the surf & woke up the same way. A cup of coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start each Maui day. Condo was perfectly outfitted for our multi-generation family...teenage daughter loved being able to use the boogie board, kitchen was great, & washer/dryer came in handy. Quiet hours were respected. A wonderful vacation.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. We loved how quiet it was, and watching and listening to the ocean waves was so relaxing!

The owners are very nice. The management company is very nice and responsive. The view is gorgeous. Seriously, it's like looking out a cruise ship balcony every day. The condo was recently updated and you could tell the owners had put a lot of work and care into the place. I would love to give it more stars, and I would, except for one glaring issue: No Air Conditioning...at all. No central ac, windows units, or anything AC-related. My family of four checked-in late on the evening of September 11th and we were astounded to learn the condo was hot (Not warm, but hot) and would not be getting better. We woke up sweating multiple times the first night and only slept a few hours. The fans all seemed to have some sort of electricity governor on them that would not allow them to operate at a high speed, so no help from the fans. Most of the time we were there, the highs during the day would get up to 88 or so and the lows at night were in the lower 80's. I've heard people talk about the trade-winds, but even with all the windows and the front door and back door open, there were no cooling winds to be found. I called Evolve to see if we could cancel our reservation or if we had the wrong room. They mentioned that Air Conditioning was not listed in the amenities, so they could not help us. As an aside, toilets and running water were also not mentioned, but the condo had those. If you choose to stay here, it is a nice condo with a gorgeous view. Just be prepared to sweat...a lot.

Everything and more in a vacation stay. Sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep every night. We started each day sitting on the lanai soaking in the view with a cup of coffee & ended each day in the same spot watching the sunset. Very comfortably furnished with a nice kitchen, fridge with ice maker, & a dishwasher. Very much appreciated the good quality beach towels & boogie boards. Quiet hours were respected. Marvelous place for my family’s vacation.

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. We saw tons of turtles every day. The pool is really fantastic. The beach is nice too, though don't expect to go snorkeling here: it's too shallow and the visibility is bad, so it's quite dangerous getting over the rocks by the shore. The condo appears to be recently renovated and is nicely appointed. Lots of new gear in the kitchen (though missing some crucial elements, and the knives were dangerously dull). TONS of beach supplies are provided: sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel sets, pool noodles, all new and in good repair. The beds were comfortable and the internet was good. Communications with the manager were decent; there were a couple of emails I sent that she didn't respond to, but she was responsive on check-in day, and even let us do an early check-in. The only bad thing about this condo is that it's on the top floor and has no AC. It got very hot during the day and it never fully cooled down at night. Cooking in the kitchen made it even hotter. In order to get proper airflow, you have to open the front door, which I wasn't comfortable with when we were sleeping. I'm from NorCal and had a hard time sleeping because I'm accustomed to a much cooler sleeping climate. You also have to leave the windows open at night, and the surf is very loud. I know that sounds ridiculous since ocean sounds are supposed to be soothing, but it was loud enough that I was worried I wouldn't hear my kid in the next room if she woke up and needed me. (One other thing is that the power went out for about 15 minutes during a rainstorm that wasn't even that intense. The fans stopped working, which made us nervous. Fortunately it came back on quickly.) But other than that, I was happy with this condo. Highly recommended if you don't mind being warm inside.
