This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. We saw tons of turtles every day. The pool is really fantastic. The beach is nice too, though don't expect to go snorkeling here: it's too shallow and the visibility is bad, so it's quite dangerous getting over the rocks by the shore. The condo appears to be recently renovated and is nicely appointed. Lots of new gear in the kitchen (though missing some crucial elements, and the knives were dangerously dull). TONS of beach supplies are provided: sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel sets, pool noodles, all new and in good repair. The beds were comfortable and the internet was good. Communications with the manager were decent; there were a couple of emails I sent that she didn't respond to, but she was responsive on check-in day, and even let us do an early check-in.
The only bad thing about this condo is that it's on the top floor and has no AC. It got very hot during the day and it never fully cooled down at night. Cooking in the kitchen made it even hotter. In order to get proper airflow, you have to open the front door, which I wasn't comfortable with when we were sleeping. I'm from NorCal and had a hard time sleeping because I'm accustomed to a much cooler sleeping climate. You also have to leave the windows open at night, and the surf is very loud. I know that sounds ridiculous since ocean sounds are supposed to be soothing, but it was loud enough that I was worried I wouldn't hear my kid in the next room if she woke up and needed me. (One other thing is that the power went out for about 15 minutes during a rainstorm that wasn't even that intense. The fans stopped working, which made us nervous. Fortunately it came back on quickly.)
But other than that, I was happy with this condo. Highly recommended if you don't mind being warm inside.
