We had a great time condo clean and had everything we needed

Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Clean, well stocked. Cute place and very comfortable. We would totally stay there again:-)

My family enjoyed our two weeks in this condo. The loft area provided plenty of room plus a bathroom for the kids. Extra "Harry Potter Closet", as we called it, was large enough to store our suitcases and paraphernalia, plus another single sleeping area. The condo complex is situated perfectly for walking to all of the Kihei shops and restaurants, plus the daily journey across the street to Charley Young Beach for beach play and gorgeous sunsets. We loved the lanai for morning coffee and a view of those sunsets when we didn't make it to the beach. We were also grateful for the beach chairs they provided.

We had an amazing time in Maui. Definitely needed more than a week to explore everything! Annie was fast and reliable with her communication. PROS: 1. Great location/views 2. Excellently stocked kitchen and beautifully updated 3. Big home; loved sleeping up in the loft 4. Extra floor level twin mattress to accommodate our toddler so we saved money on not having to rent a toddler bed 5. We barely used the AC because the unit stayed nice and cool but when we did use it, it was great. Cooled down the place right away. CONS: 1. Floors were extremely dirty. Our feet were black every single day or had stuff sticking to them. There were some cleaning supplies but it was just Swiffer wet mops. Would have liked something to pick up debris. 2. The deadbolt on the front door only locks from the inside so when we left the unit we could only lock the bottom which isn’t as strong and there is a gap between the door and the frame so you can peek through. 3. Furniture was a bit old and beat up and not really comfortable 4. Annie was kind enough to push the 2 twins together to make a king size bed, however the thing that goes in the middle to cover the gap was not tight enough and kept pushing the beds apart. Overall it was a really good place to stay in terms of meeting our needs and location and size.

Wonderful stay and great experience staying here. Left us wanting to come back and stay again.
