It is as good or better than described in the photos and description. Views were amazing. Turtles everywhere. Pool and bbq set up was a great option for families. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The condo was everything that everyone has been saying in previous reviews. The lanai is spectacular. The staff at my perfect stays was very helpful.

My family and I stayed here for a week and had such an awesome time. The condo had everything we needed: full kitchen, laundry, 2 pools, beach necessities, and the ocean view. This was the highlight of out trip. We loved waking up everyday to the sun rising and ending our days with the beautiful sunset in our large lanai. We miss it already! We will be back.

We love the location of this unit, as it is directly on the water and right next to 2 beaches. Watching the nightly sunset can't be beat. The unit itself is lovely, but at the new higher price point, a few additions would be greatly appreciated: the kitchen supplies are incredibly basic. Foil, cooking spray and counter cleaner (especially during Covid times) would be greatly appreciated. Also, end tables in the bedrooms would be amazing. I grabbed the one from the living room and used it in the master because there is nowhere to put a book or phone when going to bed. Overall, we would love to return to this unit!

The Five Star rating is for the absolutely lovely location of the condo and the the Perfect Stay Team. It is a small, older complex and #210 is corner unit on the 2nd floor that had a fantastic view and was just steps from the pool and the turtle protected area. We liked this 2nd floor unit because we did not have to deal with the pool gate (and people who forgot their key), and the AMAZING view of whales and sunsets from the lanai and if you looked close, turtles munching on the rocks in the surf just a few dozen feet in front of us. Walking to the end of the complex there were turtles sunning themselves on a small bit of sandy beach and during most days there was a dedicated couple who volunteered to protect the turtles and they shared lots of great information. A previous review called out many short comings of the unit which I would agree with for the most part. There is traffic noise which ebbs and flows during the day, the condo itself doesn't have what she mentioned (like towel racks and air conditioning) BUT, we found it clean, Perfect Stays responsive, the people onsite very friendly, the maintenance guy hard working and every morning cleaning the BBQ's and pool area and grounds in general. A very family friendly place where you can get to know the folks around you if you want. The condo itself had everything in the kitchen that we needed, there were 3 boogie boards and a cooler to use as well. The sliding doors(4)were massive and you could open them all up and then pull out the screens to keep the bugs and birds out and hear the ocean all night long. We didn't ever figure out the TV in the main room but that was OK because there was no good news happening while we were there. NOELANI 210 was comfortable, felt very safe (security people came at night) and the views from the lanai will forever be in my memories!

It was a wonderful experience to hear and see the ocean up close every day. We watched the beautiful Maui sunsets each evening. Along with whales and turtle sightings. The place was close to many areas we enjoy. The resort wasn’t too large. That was a plus for us.
