Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location right across the street from Kamaole park III. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. Unit was well stocked with nice cookware, cutlery and dishes. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you need for the beach was in the closet - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Marian goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. A couple of the patio chairs had legs that were bent, but there were several chairs available so it really wasn’t an issue. We would highly recommend this unit and love to return in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Marians condo! We had stayed at Maui Parkshore before and love the location & proximity to the beach ! The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We were slightly worried about not having AC being on the top floor facing the afternoon sun but every evening there was a great breeze and the condo was always VERY comfortable for sleeping ! We will definitely be back again 😊

It is a great condo and the price could not be beat! A perfect location across the street from the ocean/beach. My wife and I had a wonderful time and any questions we had were promptly answered by Marian the owner.

We’re here almost for nine nights. We loved the beachfront location ( although we love even the back location view of mountains more) and all amenities it offers. There is a main Kihei road before the beach, which gets a little bit noisy in the daytime. You can not find this 2 BR/ 2 bath condo at this price anywhere in Maui. Lanai/balcony is extra large size and we did our breakfast lunch, dinner, supper you name it everything out there ! Kitchen was well stocked with everything and more than 2 dozen towels, some beach toys, chairs available in the condo. It is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. They have a very strict rules about the pools and they expect you to remember all these rules like appearing in board exam so you better make sure about this. Nothing property owner can do about it, It’s all HOA as all Hawaii condo rental has it.

This was a great stay with all the extras! It was right across from the beach and had all the amenities needed for a great stay!
