We really enjoyed this property. We had a great view and we were minutes from Front St and Whalers Village. The only thing we did notice is that the back room gets really hot during the day and when trying to sleep. I would recommend a small AC unit or a fan be put in the room for guests. Other then that the stay was amazing!

The condo was clean and most importantly, the beds were comfortable. It does not have central air but does have a unit in the wall in the main room that keeps the condo cool along with the ceiling fans turned on in each room. Just make sure you have the fans circulating in the right direction. There is a spectacular view from the lanai of the grounds and ocean. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Property was very nice, perfect for 3 couples. Communication by property manager was lacking but did not impact our stay.

My family and I absolutely LOVED this condo. We can’t wait to come back. We never want to stay anywhere else. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. The location was great.

Perfect condo for my husband's and my second honeymoon! The full-sized kitchen with dishwasher was amazing because we love to cook (and hate eating out for every meal while on vacation)! The large third-floor balcony was perfect for eating dinner overlooking the ocean. We also were able to pack only carry-ons for our 7-day trip because of the in-unit washer/dryer. We almost didn't come because of the threats of hurricanes Iselle and Julio, but we are SO glad we did! As a result, though, we didn't have much planned activity-wise prior to our arrival. Both the on-site agent and the journal from past guests in the room were super helpful as we planned out our week. Overall, great location, great grounds, and a wonderful vacation!
