Very nice condo with a peak-a-boo ocean view off of the deck. Clean condo, nice layout.  We appreciated the ice maker. Parking is tight, but we expected that. Big SUV's would be challenging to park. Right on Sugar beach which is a lovely soft sand beach. Big patio next to the nice clean pool with barbeques and lounge chairs. Really enjoyed the stay.

We loved Kihei Sands. The location is so central and perfect for our family that wanted to see and do everything on the island. It was so fun being right on the beach too. Awesome that there are boogie boards to use while you're there. The unit was clean, had plenty of brand new towels, good beds and nice beach chairs and a cooler to take on our adventures or beach hopping. It's a great little condo and we loved it.

Perfect place to rest with kids. Beautiful sand beach and a perfect quiet ocean with a sand bottom. Gille near the pool and comfortable apartments, I wish I can come back!

This town home was perfect for our family of 6. It came stocked with spices and other kitchen needs including a blender. It had a Dyson stick vacuum for quick pick up needs. It also came equipped with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The town homes had a friendly office and they had additional beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, some old boogie boards and sun screen. It was a great central location for getting around the island west and east as well as a 13 minute drive to Kahului. The town home was very clean and the air conditioning was great. You do need to know though that the ocean water here is not clear. It is mostly brown and murky. However, very swimmable and at times a little wavy. Our family would stay hear again for the accommodations and price comparative to any higher priced less accommodating places on the west end of the island.

Everything was wonderful, views were amazing. We didn’t realize there were even two gas grills provided on the back porch!
The only issue we found were the super tight parking spots but that seems to be the norm all over the island.
Overall everything was well organized and I would highly recommend them and definitely come back if we are lucky enough to get the opportunity!
