"My Perfect Stay"
Was awesome . It was everything I expected and more. I give this place a 👍 up , It is in a great area, there was stores, Restaurant ect.
It is a very great place to stay .

Really comfortable condo- easy parking and walkable without being too crowded or busy. We had a great time!

Great place and great location. The unit was spacious and clean and the amenities were even better! There were two beach chairs, a cooler, two body surf boards, beach towels, plenty of towels and pillows, full kitchen of appliances, netflix, amazon prime, cable TV and strong WIFI (20 Mbps down/10 Mbps up). I can walk across the street for restaurants and coffee, and the ABC store has a gas station and is about 2 blocks away. A great beach access where there are chairs and grass, and the beach below it. Also the laundry facility were great, $2.50 for wash/dry and you can download an app without needing coins to operate. Also, there was laundry detergent and dryer sheets included in the condo, a great touch!
There is also NO AC. However, surprisingly the breeze and the ceiling fans were comfortable. But it just took longer to cooldown.
However, the response from the team did take about a day (the fastest) or longer to give me a response about any questions. Checkout is strictly at 10am, which cleaning staff comes exactly at that time. Also, I was out of WIFI for ~2 days of my stay because there was some issues on the account.
I do recommend for people to stay here and I would book this place again. Of course if the cons I've mentioned above can be improved that would be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were nice and helpful. We loved the hot tub and new grill by the pool. The landscaping is beautiful. Lovely beach are was immaculate grass, but a sandy, safe beach adjoins. Excellent popular food restaurants 50 feet away across the street: Fish Market, Hawaiian/Asian and Venezualan food. There was a little confusion re towels at the beginning, but they took care of it immediately. We had a street side unit that the bedroom faced. It was very loud in the bedroom, street noise and people walking by talking. We would definitely stay there again!
