This place is perfect for a couple who wants to relax and enjoy their rental. It’s larger than appears in the pictures, and the view is even better. So clean and stocked with just about anything you could need. It’s on the west side of the island, so you get a beautiful sunset every night, and you can spot whales from the balcony. The building is small and appears to be owned by retirees mostly, so it’s very quiet and well kept. It’s 15 minutes from Front St., but near the nicest resorts on the island. Just make sure you get a car so you can beach hop and explore!

It was very clean very nice. Loved the location very close to the water. You could hear the waves crash all night. The room was clean but could use a little bit of updating especially the lanai chairs. They were nice in their day but it’s time for some new ones.

The stay was really good, my wife and kids enjoyed the ocean view and the stay. The only issue is getting food delivered to the place, good restaurants are little far and food delivery is not available from Uber Eats. Also the shower head has only one setting and my little did not like the water force, please plan on putting a different shower head which is kids friendly.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. There were outdoor lounge chairs to lay out and sunbathe, lots of appliances in the kitchen, and beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We ate most of our meals on the lanai which had a peaceful ocean view. Overall, a great stay!

Great home location was ideal for the things we wanted to do.
