overall this condo was great! it was the highest level on the three story building which made it great to not have neighbors above us. it is in a great location with ocean views and within walking distance to great beaches and store fronts. The condo is a bit dated, but the owners seem to be actively upgrading and improving it so hopefully this isn't an issue for too long. The AC unit seemed too small to cover the main family room kitchen areas so it got a bit warm. we were mostly gone during the day though so it wasn't a huge issue. In the evenings the bedrooms had AC units which kept it nice and cool at night which was great! the showers in both bathrooms seemed more updated and were nice to use. Again, overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again. we had four adults and four kids. Two adults had the upstairs room with AC and the other two adults had the downstairs room which also had AC. Then the four kids (ages 7 and younger) had the two beds in the loft area. We had the ceiling fan on for them and a plugin fan as well and they seemed fine each night. also, they had beach towels, chairs, and beach toys which we took with us to each beach which was so nice and convenient to have. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Maui.
