Our family had such a wonderful vacation at Paki Maui #211. We found the condo to have plenty of room for our family. Don’t let the condo having no a/c, keep you away. Nights were cool and breezy, and there are many fans available for use in the condo. It was so nice feeling the breeze at night through the screen doors. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo came readily appointed for our stay, as well. There were many towels, and starter items like trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc. So we didn’t need to purchase much at all! Also we had beach towels, an ice chest, beach chairs and a boogie board for our fun at the beach, provided. That was a nice surprise! A perfect location for beach fun, was right next door, if you have small children. A natural shallow pool area bordered by coral, was the perfect place to splash around. A park is also next door. There’s plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance to this condo. In addition, the pool was always empty. Most often, we were the only family at the pool! It was a nice area with bbq pits and plenty of lounge chairs. The balcony of the condo faces a beautiful lush garden area, which was a perfect space for drinking morning coffee. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at this condo. It was in a great location, and had everything we needed to make our stay on Maui, perfect! Also, Larry, in the front office, was always kind and helpful with any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay at this nice condo again!

We had such a great time here. The room was very nice, the kitchen was clean and nice appliances, bed was comfy. Lots of extra fans to cool off the rooms the room's, coolers to use, there was a boogie board my daughter loved being able to ride. Also right across the street from a coffee shop which I loved and a park with a nice beach for young kids with a playground. highly recommend!

The little condo that My Perfect Stays put me in at Paki Maui was PERFECT for me. It's hard to find clean, comfortable places to stay for 1 person within my budget near Lahaina, so I really felt like I found a little gem with this reservation.
My Perfect Stays had great communication. My key code to get into the unit didn't work when I arrived, so I called their number and they reset it for me remotely right there on the spot. I was in the unit in seconds! I then called to back to ask if there was a laundry unit somewhere in the building, and the receptionist was very helpful (there is! On every floor except the 1st floor).
The unit I reserved had a very comfortable King sized bed and a small but fully equipped kitchen, which was great since I didn't want to eat out for ALL my meals during my stay. The place is a little dated, but very clean, and had a lovely view of the jungle garden courtyard outside. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai and sipping on my coffee listening to the birds and watching the butterflies.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, but that wasn't a problem for me. The unit has good ventilation, and there's a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. I slept very comfortably under the fan set on low. Because I had the windows open, I was extra mindful to respect the quiet hours since sound travels easily.
This isn't located in the heart of downtown, but there IS a sandy beach/park literally next door (wow!) and across the street is a itty bitty strip mall with a couple places to eat. If you are willing to walk a couple blocks, there's an general store with a "Cruisin' Cafe" by it that has amazing coffee and really good bagel sandwiches (incl. gluten-free bagels!) and beyond that a whole bunch of food trucks.
The reservation comes with a free parking pass and the parking lot has plenty of space. I really enjoyed my stay here and I'd be happy to come back to it next time I'm in Maui.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This place provides extra amenities that you wouldn’t have packed for the trip or thought about until your planning your trip the beach! We loved it!

The location is great, there is a food truck park in walking distance from the condo as well as a grocery market and other restaurants.
Everyone is pretty responsive and when our ceiling fan stopped working on the first night they offered to have someone come and repair it but we didn’t have time to deal with it. We set up some extra fans that were in the closet instead and were fine.
This room is on the 2nd floor and very close to a staircase but a long walk from the elevators so plan accordingly. The washer and dryer are on the first floor and accesible through a QR code and app, it is 2.50 per cycle.
The condo is fully ready for cooking, and there are extra fans in the closet that you can set up yourself in case it is too warm because there is no AC. The bedroom faces the parking lot and walkway, and the windows are thin so it can get pretty noisy in the mornings as people start to go about their day. The living room and balcony faces a beautiful courtyard and water feature which was such a relaxing experience and away from the noise of the parking lot.
