Very nice condo in the best part of the island. I’ve visited Maui dozens of times, and I prefer the pace and peacefulness of Wailea to the west side of the island. This property is very well-appointed—it had everything we needed for a meal or two at home, and is very close to great restaurants in Wailea and Kihei. The room a/cs were sufficient to keep the property cool in the middle of summer, and this place was VERY clean. Most places on Maui all have disclaimers about not being surprised about encountering local critters (cockroaches) but we didn’t encounter a single pest. Check-in and out were effortless—door codes were provided and we didn’t have to see anyone to get in. We would strongly consider this property again for our next Maui visit. This location is up the hill from Wailea Shopping village and the best two beaches on the island—Ulua and Mokapu beaches which have limited public parking.

Property was nice, good amenities, kitchen stocked, only issue is that we had some ant but overall was good neighborhood and especially loved the location was close to many of Maui's best beaches and restaurants.

We recently stayed at Ekolu 1606, and it was lovely. The location is great, and the condo is well stocked with everything you might need. The pictures are true to what the condo looks and feels like. The only comment for property management is that the master bath drain needs to be unclogged. But, honestly, that was the only minor thing. The views are fantastic, and it was so quiet. It truly was the perfect stay.

Really great place, well decorated and well stocked. Very comfortable all around. We really enjoyed our week here!!
