We enjoyed our stay and had a blast on Maui! We will certainly be back in the future.

Everything as advertised!

Both the condo and our interactions with My Perfect Stays (management company) were great. The condo was spacious, comfortable with million dollar views from the balcony. Definitely well worth the money. Directly across the street was a small but nice farmer's market, a moderate-sized shop (for sundries and souvenirs) and a delicious bakery. When I asked if we could have a shower chair for my elderly mother, they responded immediately and made sure it was in the unit upon our arrival. As well, a last minute change (due to the pool being out of commission at a previously reserved place) was remedied quickly.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay, all the more special as the trip was for my mother's 79th birthday--her very first time in Hawaii, and something she'd always wanted to do but could never afford. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The view of the beach and ocean was so pretty--it was close enough that I could feel like I was living in the ocean but far enough that I could see the beach. It was nice to just hang out on the balcony and hear the waves and smell the ocean air.
The Airbnb is fully equipped with supplies (beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen, brita filter, laundry detergent) and clean.
The location was great! It was close to major streets/highways so it was easy to go to West Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina), Kahului, and Kihei/Wailea. It's also across the street from an ABC, a bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop), and shaved ice.

The ocean view and stay was one of my favorite parts of my vacation in Maui.

Just as imagined. The place needs an update though. Loved location and being on the water. Will stay at building again if we can.

Great location and size for my husband and I to use. The condo complex was well cared for and the condo itself seemed to be cleaned well. It could use some updating and TLC. The carpet was stained in multiple places and the bathroom door didn't close. The seam in the granite counter needs to be resealed to keep out bacteria and germs. The furniture is dated, but served its purpose the limited time we used it. Not sure I would want anyone sleeping on that sofa bed, seemed a bit sketchy to me... The lanai was perfect for whale watching while waiting for the sun to set. The location was perfectly situated to enjoy the island. We would stay here again. The property management company seemed to badger us about towels and linens. Maybe it is a problem, but mention it once and be done. I don't need emails, texts and notes in the condo telling me they will fine me if I don't take care of them.
