Older, smaller, much more intimate condo complex compared to the larger places in Kaanapali. The condo building and condo itself have been extremely well maintained. My wife told me every day how much she loved the place. The ocean was rough during our April visit, and so we did not spend a lot of time in the ocean here.

Awesome stay

Excellent beachfront property. We had heard other reviews about the lack of AC but with the windows open and fans we didn’t find this an issue at all. The oceanfront location is excellent, a bit of a walk to most amenities which we didn’t mind but for older guests plan to drive everywhere.

Honestly don't know how you couldn't love this place. You are so close to the ocean that when you are standing in the living room you can't see the beach.... Just the ocean. It's like you are on a cruise ship. Condo is clean and we felt at home. You open all the windows and feel the ocean breeze. Only issue we had... And it was nothing to do with the condo was that the parking spaces were very tight and not assigned by unit. Other than that our stay was amazing. We would definitely book here again.

The only negative is that the dryer was broken and we had to use facilities onsite Otherwise the condo is as it appears. Wonderful views from the deck and big enough for our group of 6. Kitchen is well appointed as well. Maui is amazing and we saw turtles and whales from the deck.
