Fantastic property within walking distance to beaches, shopping and dining!

Great location. next to coffee shop, amazing organic farmers market, and fish market ... as well as a short walk to the beach.
The other reviews are correct, it does get hot in there.

We had a great time at Paki Maui 316. A quiet, clean and comfortable unit. Nice amenities, with extra supplies that made our stay a breeze. The bed seemed newer and was really nice. Lots of storage, beach supplies and wonderful location. Well organized and simple check in process.

Location was great, right by the ocean and close to kaanapali beach. Great value, we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was great. The location was very clean and well maintained. The only down fall was no A/C that we already knew about beforehand. However the fans provided and opening the windows provided a good breeze. Overall very pleasant stay.

Great place in an ideal location, close to our two favorite beaches on Maui - Napili and Kaanapali. Plenty of dining options nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
