We loved our view of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The whale watching from our balcony was amazing and sea turtles regularly rested on our beach. The complex was very quiet, and we loved being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. The unit was very well equipped and met our needs nicely. There is no air conditioning, but there are black out blinds which we made sure were shut in the day while we were out exploring, to block out the sun. I can’t wait to return in the future!

Great location and unit!

The good news is that the location is great and the grounds were well kept (especially given the age of the property). However, we did experience some unfortunate situations in this unit that were 100% avoidable. Lack of communication from the owner prior to check in regarding the broken washing machine (when we notified the point of contact, the owner reached out and apologized but no recompense was offered--only a solution that we would need to use the laundromat on property); failure to address a major safety concern with the pool (cover on the water intake was missing and had been missing for a couple of months, according to the property manager); and a significant lack of attention to cleanliness of the condo (dirty dishes and silverware in cabinet, dirty refrigerator, dirty shower doors, filthy window louvers, etc.) contributed to a less than desirable experience with this unit. Despite these challenges, we enjoyed our vacation--it's Maui, after all. We will return to Maui soon, but we will not stay in this unit.

We were very happy staying in this condo and had an amazing week. As noted by others the unit is clean, attractive and well equipped with items needed to prepare meals, visit the beach,etc. To keep the rooms comfortable in the heat, we closed the dense curtains and left some windows open for air circulation while we were out for the day, making the unit very comfortable upon our return. Also there are fans in every single room including kitchen and master bath. Being located literally right on the beach was so awesome! We did need ear plugs in the master room when sleeping because those waves were pretty loud at times ( excellent white noise). We especially loved the proximity to nearby Ka’anapali, Lahaina and Kapalua, plenty of places to explore and great places to eat when we didn’t want to cook. We would happily stay here again!

Me encanto que esta a pasos Del Mar pero el apartamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado y la limpieza definitivamente muy mala y le hace falta mantenimiento al lugar (pintura, los muebles algo viejos)
