My family was very impressed with the condo, and the customer service from My Perfect Stays was AMAZING! The communication was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of our stay. Also, the wonderful ladies in the front office of the Kihei Akahi resort were the BEST!! The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. The bleach smell upon arriving at the condo was a bit strong, but it didn't last long and at least we knew the place had been freshly cleaned. The beds were comfortable and storage in the bedrooms was plentiful. There was also 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and snorkel gear for 2. We had 2 teenage boys that slept on the sofa bed and they did say it was a bit uncomfortable, but hey, at least you are in Hawaii, ha-ha. The lanai was also the perfect spot to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets!! I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to future visits. Thank you so much for making our vacation a memorable one!!

Great location, property and views!!The ONLY complaint I have is the pillows are massive (bring your own or plan on buying?) and the master beds frame is very squeaky and loud and made sleep a little annoying.Otherwise, we loved it. Kitchen was appointed well, there were beach chairs and coolers which was such a nice surprise. Great place!

The place was fantastic! It had a great location, close to the beach, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was easy to get around from there, and my family loved starting each morning with coffee on the patio, enjoying the ocean view and the sounds of birds!

Unit is ideal location near a couple of great restaurants. Quality linens, towels and everything you need for a beach vacation. Beautiful sunsets from 5th floor balcony and complex is quiet. Beds are very comfortable including the pull out sofa. Kitchen has everything you need and ‘my perfect stays’ very helpful. Little bit of a walk from back of complex to a small local beach area. Would highly recommend.

Place is great. Complex is great. The contacts provided some replacement equipment (blender, kettle) for us as the ones in the unit were broken. They were great and had it delivered next day.
Thanks for a great time. We will stay here again.
