If I had to request anything it would be for a covering over the outside table by the grill, too hot to sit there during the day and additional table, not enough seating for more than 1 party. Overall we had a great stay and even extended our original stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to all locations of the island. Everything was a half hour or less. We had coffee every morning outside, and it is a quiet and well kept building. I was happy for the heads up about the pool rules (as a previous guest had stated), because we were staying there with my 8 and 16 year old. We still had fun and there were plenty of families there enjoying the pool. The unit was just as described and I was happy to have use of the beach towels, and beach chairs and cooler if needed. Having the washer/dryer to clean the beach towels was really handy. Staying here was a great option for us over a hotel so we had the room to spread out and enjoy the space. I would definitely recommend. Mahalo!

We absolutely loved the property! It was spacious, super clean, had everything we could possibly need and had beautiful views of the pool and ocean. We loved everything!

Great little location surrounded by beaches and nice walkable areas to have a good time. Close to Maui Harbor shops for some food and shopping options and the Ocean Center. You’re in the area of Ma’alaea which is nice and quiet but you are about 20 minutes away from major restaurants and strips like Kihei and Wailea and better beaches so the price was good and the stay was definitely comfortable.

This unit was especially beautiful and well appointed! Apparently split A/C was to be installed in both bedrooms and the main living space as soon as we left. We were on the second floor and both the stairs and the elevator were very convenient. The rest of this review is identical to our review on #116, we booked both units since we had too many people for just one! Access to the beach was either a short walk to the beach park at the end of Hau'oli street or right at the corner of the property down a few rocks (rumor says there is a planned, wide staircase by end 2024 or early 2025). We had 6 children with us (booked #116 as well) ranging in age from 10 months to 7 years and the beach and protected shoreline by the beach park and all the way to Kihei was perfect for the small ones. The pool was a great alternative to get wet when the kids decided to go there instead of the beach. We also walked over to the Aquarium just about every day, for the exhibits, live music, and generally running around. The ice cream shop nearby was also a hit!! We'll definitely be back.
