The unit was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and beach supplies (chairs, boogie board, sand toys & umbrella) to use, and the kitchen was fully equipped in addition to shared BBQs near the parking lot. The location allows quick access to various beach parks, shopping and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. Check-in and Check-out were hassle-free. Overall a great vacation home for family and friends to gather, highly recommend!

Amazing spot and a wonderful way to enjoy Kihei - walking distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrella were very useful.

We were pleased with this condo! The grounds are beautiful and quiet, the facilities were great with recycling on the premises (where was the paper recycling?) and the staff were very professional. Communication was prompt pre-check in. The condo had everything we needed. We called the office thinking we didn't have electricity going to one wall. We had a really nice superintendent promptly come and show us that you had to turn on the wall switch first. The condo is located in a perfect area, close to the beach (across the street), shops & restaurants and the highway. It is only slightly outdated (furniture is from the 80's) but then again, how much time are you spending there? Access to the condo is perfect and secure with locks on doors/windows and a keypad on the main door so no key to lose. It was VERY clean and fully supplied with linens and cooking items. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything is perfect! It is more comfortable than the hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
